PACIFIC WEST ACADEMY
NAEMT CPR/AED
Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC)
Graduates of the industry’s gold standard executive protection program.
Every agent has completed Pacific West Academy’s CESS course — an intensive training pipeline used by leading agencies nationwide. This program combines classroom instruction, scenario-based exercises, and field operations, producing professionals who can operate in high-pressure corporate and government environments.
Certified in lifesaving medical response.
All agents maintain current certification through the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians. This ensures immediate response in medical emergencies, from basic CPR to AED deployment, bridging the gap between incident and EMS arrival.
Trained to stabilize trauma in high-stress environments.
Our teams are trained in TECC, the civilian equivalent of Tactical Combat Casualty Care, giving them the ability to treat severe bleeding, airway compromise, and shock in dynamic threat environments. This training saves lives when every second matters.
Surveillance & Counter-Surveillance
Emergency Vehicle Operations (EVOC)
Weapons & Force Certifications
Agents certified by Tartarus Intel complete an intensive tradecraft program focused on detecting, documenting, and neutralizing covert surveillance threats. From physical bugging and vehicle surveillance to hostile electronic monitoring, this certification arms our teams with the tools and methodologies to identify adversary activity and advise clients on mitigation and remediation.
Certified to drive and maneuver under pressure.
Every operator is EVOC-certified, trained to handle high-speed maneuvers, evasive driving, and secure transport under adverse conditions. Whether escorting executives through congested city streets or responding to emergencies, our drivers maintain safety and control.
Qualified with firearms, taser, and chemical agents.
All agents are qualified with the 9mm pistol and undergo more than 40 hours of live-fire and simunition shoot house training. In addition, they are certified to deploy tasers and chemical agents, giving them a full spectrum of force options — always guided by strict rules of engagement and de-escalation.
